Karol G had a super scary experience Thursday as her private plane filled with smoke midflight and was forced to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles.

The Grammy-winning singer, Karol G, found herself in a frightening situation when the private jet she was on experienced a smoke-filled cockpit midflight. The incident led to an emergency landing in Los Angeles.

The private jet, carrying Karol G and 16 others, departed from Hollywood Burbank Airport in the evening. However, the flight had to be rerouted back to Van Nuys Airport after the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit. The aircraft safely landed on the runway, and fortunately, everyone on board appeared to be physically uninjured.

The Aftermath

Footage of the landing shows the aircraft touching down on the tarmac, with fire crews responding to the runway and directing the jet to a parking area. The passengers were seen leaving the plane through the exit door, with Karol G among them, talking on her cell phone. Notably, Karol’s famous arm tattoo of a barbed-wire heart was also emblazoned on the side of the plane.
