The incident is said to have taken place at the Neutral Bay Wharf in Sydney, where a photographer named Ben McDonald claims to have been involved in a physical confrontation with a 71-year-old man, believed to be Scott.

The New South Wales Police Media Unit has confirmed that they are looking into the reported assault, which occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning. McDonald filed a complaint, prompting the authorities to initiate an investigation into the matter. It has been reported that the alleged victim did not require medical treatment following the incident.

McDonald appears to have captured part of the altercation on camera as Scott and his security guards were making their way from the dock area.
