Former “Vanderpump Rules” Star Rachel Leviss Sues Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix Over Scandoval

Rachel Leviss, a former star of “Vanderpump Rules,” has filed a lawsuit against her ex-lover, Tom Sandoval, and her ex-friend, Ariana Madix. The lawsuit revolves around an intimate video that Leviss claims was circulated with the cast, and it includes allegations of revenge porn.

Allegations of Revenge Porn

In the lawsuit, Leviss alleges that Ariana Madix became aware of at least two recordings on Tom Sandoval’s phone. These recordings reportedly depicted Leviss in a state of undress and masturbating, and Leviss claims they were taken without her knowledge or permission while she was involved in an affair with Sandoval.

Rachel Leviss claims that Tom Sandoval must have secretly recorded these FaceTime chats, as she was not aware that he had saved them. She further alleges that when Ariana stumbled across the footage, she shared it with other “Vanderpump Rules” cast members.

Confrontation and Hostile Work Environment

Leviss also claims that Ariana Madix confronted her in March 2023, before the Scandoval officially broke, and sent her the two illicit videos in question. According to Leviss, Madix allegedly said that Rachel was dead to her. Leviss also alleges that other cast members, including Scheana Shay, attacked her, leading her to believe that they had also seen the videos.

Additionally, Leviss alleges that Bravo and the production company fostered an unsafe and hostile work environment for her once the Scandoval broke. She claims that cast members dogpiled her and berated her during the reunion filming.

Legal Action

It’s important to note that Rachel Leviss is currently suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, as well as a number of unidentified individuals who she claims might have been involved. She is not suing Bravo at this time. Leviss’ attorneys have a track record of representing other Bravo stars in recent lawsuits. As of now, there has been no response from Tom Sandoval or Ariana Madix.
